How are PITT Burners installed?
All PITT Cooking burners in our range are affixed to a pre-existing module with a predetermined gas connection. The module is inserted from below through designated cutouts and secured from above by fastening it to the burners using heat shields. Additionally, two joists are provided and installed inside the kitchen cabinets to reinforce the underside of the module.
What size does my countertop need to be?
Countertop Depth: Each configuration requires a minimum depth of 600 mm (23 10/16 inches).
Cabinet Width: The required minimum cabinet width varies based on the chosen configuration, ranging from 100 mm (11 13/16 inches) for single-burner cooktops to 1200 mm (47 1/4 inches) for our largest cooktops.

Can I customize the placement of PITT burners?
Our assortment is exclusively crafted in response to consumer desires and feedback. Additionally, merging configurations is entirely feasible. For instance, you can tailor your setup by combining single burner units or incorporating a wok/simmer burner into an existing 4 burner PITT configuration. Which countertop material with best with a PITT cooktop?
When installed correctly, PITT cooktops are compatible with a wide range of countertop materials, including quartz composite, granite, concrete, terrazzo, glass, ceramic, porcelain, marble, other natural stone (such as quartzite), and stainless steel. However, we highly recommend Dekton by Cosentino for optimal performance.
It's important to note that our cooktops should not be installed into solid-wood countertops, solid surface countertops (like CorianĀ®), or countertops with a high-pressure laminate top layer. If you're unsure, please reach out to us to discuss feasibility before installation.
