Our experience in professional kitchens translates directly into the design of our cooktops. The key elements are three different burners: small, medium and a combined wok/simmer burner (operated by a single knob). These smaller burners are ideal for simmering soups or cooking pasta sauces over low heat. For stir-fry dishes, use either the wok burner (largest of all our burners) to sear ingredients according to your recipe, or the medium burner for a lower heat level.
